Children's Ideas and Projects (CHIPS)
Children's Ideas and Projects
Children Ideas and Projects (CHIPs) is a twice yearly event at Hiltingbury Infant School.
Children are encouraged to suggest activities they would like to try for a period of 3-4 sessions. We believe that CHIPs is a positive way to enrich our curriculum.
CHIPS afternoons are great for encouraging the children’s collaboration skills as these afternoon activities mixes up the year groups. The children show creativity in their choices and throughout the afternoons. They take part in a range of exciting activities including food fun, clay, art attack, sewing, super science, outdoor games etc.
The Hiltingbury school community pull together for these afternoons. We are fortunate to have a fantastic group of parent volunteers who make the variety of activities possible.
